Todays lie from Trump, "I never downplayed the covid situation in the US"

He cant help himself, caught on tape saying he wanted to downplay covid, when the tape is released he denied saying this. Yet people still support him.

it was a PANIC thing at the time... come on have you never told a child everything will be ok wheist rushing him to hospital....I did when my son got a coin stuck in his throat..........what the hell would I have known at the time....its mainly a reaction he is the Pres... and he needs to keep things as calm as possible....at that time....get over yourself..

what about I DID NOT HAVE SEX WITH THAT WOMEN.......an out and out lie that was proven in humiliating circumstances..

If you are claiming widespread panic might have happened, and given all other countries were truthful in their exposure of how deadly this virus could be, then you shouldnt have any problem giving us details of where there was panic in other countries, over to you cods, which countries had to deal with panic over covid?

Or, could this just be another lie by Trump?

The biggest difference in the sides of politics, if you have to generalise, is the left will demand more of their candidate and even not participate in the vote if they don't like them, whereas the right will defend their candidate no matter what, even if they've pretended to be outraged by the very behaviour they're defending when it was their opponent doing it.

We see this in action right now. Many on the left want Biden to do more in many areas and are critical of him for not.

Trump supporters, they don't care what Trump does as long as he's winning. They really are like a cult. They don't care about the country and have even shifted into being unpatriotic, but they're so brainwashed by Trump they think that supporting HIM is what makes them a patriot.

For a Trump supporter, anyone who puts the country first is a traitor.

This should terrify real patriots and from an outside observer, this is terrifying. This is what will lead to the next outbreak of violence.

If Biden is democratically elected, the Trump supporters will see Trump's loss as an attack on America and they're the ones who are armed to the teeth just waiting for their chance to take up arms. Trump's already telling them it's rigged and to vote twice.

The campaign is turning into exactly what we expected.

he is not a career politician and that I was pleased about I thought its time someone with more worldly experience had a go.....but he is far too up himself....he has started to come down a bit, but its too late as far as I am concerned.....no matter where your from Protocol does apply.....

in the mean time not everything he has done has been bad.. like you lefties claim....one or two of you are determined to see him in jail and the key thrown away......lefties only look at things from their own sides view....thats how I see you....for instance he negotiated a deal between Israel and the UAE... it may not be the B all and End all but its better than Obama ever did....yet not a word from the left....then he brought the troops home....again almost silent...if Obama had done that it would have been trumpets...

I would agree, except all Trump has done is con people (see Trump university for example) that one cost him $25M. He has tried many times to use his position to line his pockets ( See the British open for one, Use of his hotels for G8 and such like meetings)

Obama spent years working on a peace deal,at times they were very close.

The Israel/UAE deal IS a good thing,but at what point does the good outweigh the bad?
having the death of 190,000 plus people is not a good thing to have happen, he could have prevented this. Lining your pockets because of your position is not a good thing

ask yourself how many soldiers lost their lives under Obamas reign....and then Trumps....

2017 saw the deaths of nearly twice the number of military than 2016, under Trump. More civilians have died under Trump than under Obama.

I dont blame Trump totally for the riots, BLM as a peaceful protest is fine, But Trump has also set about creating a divide there, what a good POTUS should have done is try to calm things down, not ramp them up.

I dont ignore the very few good things Trump has done, but I will call him out for his corruption and continued misuse of power.

Before he became President, he had never left the country.

He has been insulated from the real world his entire life.

He never had to sit exams at school - he had his father pay other people to do it for him.

He didn't have to serve in Vietnam - he had his father pay doctors to say he had sore feet.

He didn't have to get a job like everyone else - his father gave him half a billion dollars.
