By the way, Bobby—how many of my posts did you delete from the Dubyne MRB?

Fermentations belongs in Food or even Tavern. You don't need a dedicated forum for Fermentations you blithering idiot.

Tavern is grubbyness and weather reports.

So I will ask FD to let me Mod Food as well as Critters & Gardens.

No, fermentation requires its own board, as my previous Fermentations board showed.

Some meaty topics:

1. Did the nomads settle down, create cities and intensive agriculture, civilisation—to ensure a supply of beer?

2. What are some iconic beer styles, why are these no longer made (except by craft and home brewers?

3. How did the Industrial Revolution affect beer?

4. How are vineyards being affected by AGW, what are they doing about it?

5. Wars tend to accelerate technological advances. Did modern wars (Napoleonic era and later) affect beer, brewing or winemaking? Other beverages?

6. What is a “brewed soft drink?” Was a brewed soft drink fermented?

7. What fermented beverage did the Mongols drink? Why?

8. When and why did science—chemistry, microbiology etc—become important in beer making?

9. Hogarth made 2 paintings about drinks. What were they, what did they show?

10. The Indians of parts of South, Central and North America made beer—out of what grain? What malting process.

Ten great topics just off the top of my head.

More:

What was bappir bread? What was it used for?

What was zythos?

What was used before hops, before gruit?

Were the ancients in the Fertile Crescent able to make dark beer?

Tons of stuff to discuss.

So why post a POLL just for you to ignore it.

No-one wants Fermentations here. It is dead. Let it stay dead.

Go create Fermentations in your dump since it is so fantastic and use it to attract all members you want.

Only 1 vote yes that was probably yourself.

The members of spoken. Give it a rest.

If everyone here here "Grubs and Dimwits" why post here.
Calling 12 people "Grubs and Dimwits" is why you have been labelled MONG.

No, I wanted to see how many Grubs and Numbskulls would vote No out of spite or hate. Number is still the same  Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin

It has nothing to do with anything other than that.

Fermentations WILL rise again.
