If I was Biden, I'd go after everything Trump. That bloke is a fraud, a rip off merchant, a snake oil salesman, failed businessman etc etc, and he is heading to prison, next year, or in four more years.

Nixon was pardoned by his VP.

Trump will not be pardoned unless it is as said. However it will not matter as the Democrats are much too mild to actually do anything. Half a democrat spine would have seen Trump impeached 6 times.
