At least three teenagers carjack rideshare car. Both male and female. The story doesn't make it clear just how many teenagers were connected to this carjacking

"One of them, a 16-year-old boy, was taken to hospital after he was bitten by a police dog"

https://www.9news.com.au/national/teenagers-charged-after-alleged-rideshare-carj...

The rideshare driver, 62y/old, driving his Mercedes SUV ... he would have got a shock, they roughed him up a bit, he was taken to hospital to get fixed up

Exciting night, a bit of carjacking never hurt anyone, keeps you on your toes. The teenagers were free to go home, to try again some other time

Another rideshare carjacking, + robbery

Qld - Brisbane

"A rideshare driver has been assaulted and his car was stolen during an early morning job in Brisbane's south-west."

"Police said passengers allegedly threatened the 33-year-old man and demanded his property and vehicle at about 2.25am in Arrabri Avenue at Mount Ommaney"

Father of two killed when male teenager struck the victim with car ... possible hit and run, Police are investigating

"The vehicle involved in that collision was found a short distance away"

"Superintendent Robert Toynton said police were investigating whether the driver failed to stop after the collision"

https://www.9news.com.au/national/pedestrian-killed-after-allegedly-struck-by-te...

Looking at the damage done to the car, the pedestrian never had a chance. The roof of the car is caved in at the top of the broken windscreen, that's how hard the hit was

What was the teen driver doing, checking his phone perhaps?

51y/old female predatory driver free to go home after winning appeal - she was the one driving the car, no one else

"A woman has avoided time behind bars after appealing her sentence for the role she played in a crash that killed a mother and three children"

https://www.abc.net.au/news/2024-05-15/wendy-elizabeth-chattaway-appeal-one-year...

The Judge took pity on her ....

"Judge Clive Jeffreys described Chattaway's bail conditions as "onerous" and agreed that she had "suffered extra-curial punishment" due to the threats she had received in the community"

Yet she was responsible for chasing the car in front. Check her out in the link, snide looking
