FD should probably update that page. If a new user broke the rule I would not do anything but point them to the rule and warn them. Aussie is not a new member here and the whole point of the rule started because there were so many Aussie sigs I thought it unfair that every post some member makes is another thorn. Now he wants to do it and complains about not being able to, I think I might go with Aussie and ask FD to repeal that rule. One less thing for me to worry about, and another hundred for Aussie to deal with.

So do you disagree with FD stating Quote:

You may not make negative references to other forum members in your signature. You are permitted to quote them and provide a link to the original post, but leave out their name. This means that you can not use the built in quoting tool, because it states the member's name.

Yes......how anyone, especially a new Member, is supposed to know what ALL the Rules are and where to read them, is way beyond me.

Because you are playing games, this rule was primarily implemented to stop people using your quotes in sigs. This was to help you, but now that you can't do the same you cry like a little girl. I'm open to lifting that rule, I hope you'll like my new sig when it is.
