University student Dan is a multiculturalist, and he knows that ethnics can do no wrong, so while ethnics were spreading Covid around, he was still thinking they could do no wrong. That's why Vic had 800 deaths, and lockdowns now

What a dumbass take.

It's true though, Dan turned a blind eye to African darkies and muslims while they spread the virus

from a pragmatic point of view , he has a very good point

Blaming ethnics?

it spread like crazy thru those housing towers full of people who had english as a second language.

dan should have known that he would need to be doubley vigilant in those sort of places but he didnt want to be seen to be offending one of the lefts pet victim identities.

same as this

I'm glad you have the epidemiological stats to back that up.

So basically spreading through 3 housing towers full of people in close contact irrelevant of ethnic background.

Blacks invented Slavery.
But they blame Whites for using it and them too.

In Australia Whites used their own slaves (anti-law) and the Blacks call it invasion (not freedom from their own prison).

Whether the BLM did or didn't spread covid is beside the point.
Left wingers did a full 180 and decided large scale marches are perfectly fine, because it's a pet cause.

it was an obvious place for problems.

but how would it look ideologically, if dan said that we will need to do mandatory testing on everyone in such a high risk environment?

the do gooders would accuse him of saying "they are high risk? why? because of the colour of the skin?"

therefore it was hard for him to act and not offend his base

But why is it high risk?

Not because of the ethnic backgrouynd of the residents.

Yes it was because English was/is a foreign language to them, and Comrade Dan was soft on them, he had to find a way to deal with them but at the same time avoid being called racist. That took time, and all the while the virus kept spreading and killed more people

But you know this already

It wasn't anything to do with  people in relatively close contact?

No it wasn't. They didn't know what "self isolate" meant. That's the common sense thing to do when there's a deadly virus floating around, but first you need to be able to understand English

Pamphlets were printed in different languages and distributed

But you knew this already, didn't you?

Are you suggesting the French don't know how to self isolate?

Victoria records three new locally acquired cases of COVID-19

https://www.9news.com.au/national/coronavirus-victoria-update-three-new-locally-...

Quote:
Victoria has recorded three locally-acquired cases of COVID-19, health officials have announced.
Close to 22,000 tests were conducted in the past 24 hours.
The state is currently into its second day of freedom after it was plunged into a snap "circuit breaker" lockdown.
People across the state are being urged to come forward for testing after fragments of the virus were found in wastewater.

I hope Dan isn't thinking about another "circuit breaker" lockdown for Victoria's sake.  Shocked

And, this proves once again that no matter how many tests are conducted and how many "doughnut days" (zero cases) are recorded around the country there are still undetected cases circulating in the community (as wastewater samples show) and it has probably been like that since the virus first arrived in Australia.

Fortunately, this hasn't resulted in any widespread outbreaks. So far.

There are interpreters everywhere and printed information was dispersed into the community in a large range of languages.

So in my opinion not being able to speak English is no longer an excuse for ignorance.

True but its also not appropriate then to claim this as a reason
