Glyphosate (Roundup): Understanding Risks to Human Health

Updated: January 5, 2023

Don't you feel a bit silly now for telling us a few years back that you used to (and probably still do) cover yourself with this stuff without a care in the world?

incorrect.

round up damages the soil fungi and bacteria, not humans directly.

the soil then cant grow nutitious food and when the chode eats his processed food, he gets diabetes and cancer because the food is garbage.

bathing in round up...not a problem
eating food grown in a round up paddock (what YOU eat)...demolishes your health

Take your health advice from Aquascoot, leftards.

indeed you should,

round up itself interefers with the shikimic acid pathway in plants and kills them , basicly it kills ALL plants.
humans dont have a shikimic acid pathway , so we are safe.

but all the little fungi in the soil do.

and when you wipe those out your soil is basicly dead.

now your plants that are "round up ready" , soya beans and corn, can grow and look healthy.
but they lack a lot of the nutrients they used to get from the symbiotic relationship with the biome in the soil.

there is no evidence farmers are dropping dead from spraying round up for the last 50 years.

but there is plenty of evidence, city folk who live on these cheap food sources (which are the basic for most of the food in the centre aiels of every coles and woolworths ) are getting sick.

But there's plenty of evidence of at least one logging into a politics forum almost every day and posting demented rubbish as a result of spraying themselves with it.

believe the science carl.

if the scientists thought it was bigger then a nothing burger, they would have rules for the school.
they dont

what does that tell you about this mild respiratory virus

The school (actually the WA Department of Education) does have rules regarding Covid in schools as I mentioned in my earlier post yesterday.

https://www.education.wa.edu.au/covid-19

Mind you, "strongly encouraged", "encouraged", "only attend school following a negative RAT result" and "Staff and students can wear a mask at school if they choose to" means diddly squat to the majority of people as we've seen after mandatory masks and other Covid protections were dropped on public transport, in healthcare settings, shopping centres and other indoor venues.

It's just the government covering their @sses so they can say "well, we did try and tell people to protect themselves".

It was the kid himself (and the parents obviously) who was deliberately ignoring them as Louisa pointed out later.

The school is not lying. The kid is lying to them about having covid. The school challenged him today, he lied, then coughed his way through the NAPLAN test he’d come in specifically for. He’s told his friends he has covid.

There's that awesome "personal responsibility" again.  Roll Eyes

Has Marky Mark got Covid again? I wouldn't be surprised if he has.

If the Perth Mint saga is a 'storm in a teacup', just how big is Mark McGowan's cup?

Quote:
Earlier that day, he'd been too unwell to attend a major press conference with his federal colleagues announcing WA's involvement in the AUKUS sub deal.

Some seem to think so.

He would likely get Rolls Royce treatment. Paxlovid, whatever else is available that others only get if severely ill. Probably gets a booster every 4 months.

Yes, I'm absolutely certain that he does. Same goes for all the pollies.

Just when you think the Covid insanity cannot get any worse.

And especially when the next 'wave' has just started.

WA hospitals dump mask requirement, but not all medicos are smiling

Quote:
Mask wearing in clinical areas of WA hospitals has been dropped as a requirement, prompting an angry response from some WA doctors and nurses, who claim COVID-19 remains a lethal threat to patients and others.

Despite recorded infections increasing in WA for the past month, the authorities are continuing to relax protective measures.

There were 3168 recorded new cases in the week up to Thursday, a 20 per cent increase of the previous week and 39 per cent up on one month ago. There were 64 people in hospitals with COVID, just five more than last week.

In the past month, 50 deaths have been recorded, though not all occurred in that period.

Someone please tell me this isn't a deliberate attempt at infecting everyone (repeatedly) in pursuit of that mythical herd/hybrid immunity as well as a continuing deliberate culling of the elderly and vulnerable to save money on pensions and healthcare costs. Not just here in WA but Australia wide.

i dont think its a deliberate culling but we have to face facts.

you could spend the entire federal busget on looking after the health needs of the diseased and the frail.

and you still wouldnt make much of a dent in it.

hospitals were designed for people with appendicitis, with broken bones from football, with a car accident or a heart attack or a new cancer.

they were never designed for the prolonging of life by extraordinary means of the very old and frail.

if every old frail person demanded their right to gold medal standard health care , to a spot in ICU, to drips full of exorbitantly expensive drugs then the system falls apart.

governments answer to unsustainable health costs is to limit the availability to beds.

hospital beds will become like social housing.

more and more demand and less and less supply.

are governments going to tell you this?

no.

but as ambulances get ramped more and more and there simply are no beds, you just miss out on treatment

england is experiencing this as we speak

Patients face SIX-MONTH waits for rescheduled appointments due to three-day junior doctors' strike that's crippling NHS hospitals

Half a million appointments are expected to be cancelled this week due to the walkouts, coordinated by the British Medical Association (BMA),

ive already told you carl that my wifes hospital in a burgeoning outer urban town is running at 60 % capacity.

heres how sneaky governments are.

they told her hospital they need to make 8 of the  36 beds available for children to be admitted,
but they have no paediatrician or even a visiting peadiatrician
so any kids that come into cas get bundled into an ambulance and sent to the closest big hospital because the cas doctors wont admit them .

so with 8 beds empty, the government can cut nursing staff, cleaners, bed expenses and try and get back into budget.

a budget that was blown due to covid over expenditure,.

now the nursing home patients are NOT admitted.
period

everythign affects everything else,.

you want hospitals to pay 3000 dollars for acourse of paxlovid for covid, they will close beds

you cant get blood out of a stone

Gotta love The West Australian.

After a couple of stories last week about the removal of mandatory masks in WA hospitals which included comments from several doctors about how foolish and potentially deadly the decision was we have this letter published in today's paper.

Unbelievable. And from a so called doctor.

"COVID is no worse than any other viral infection"

Name one... just one... viral infection that has killed more than 2,500 Australians in just under 3 months since the start of this year. And in summer/autumn.

One thing I do agree with:

"- in fact flu may be more of an issue in 2023"

Could be.

But, no matter how much more of an "issue" the flu is I bet it doesn't kill anywhere near as many people as COVID does.

And, I'm not 'blanking out' the writer's name like I usually do so as many people as possible can see who this idiot is and hopefully avoid going anywhere near him for medical help or advice.
