How can there be a debate if the courts won't hear the thousands of affidavits alleging vote rigging, or the host of abnormalities and vote switching? And then the media censor all questioning?
Why won't an audit be allowed to go ahead? What are they afraid of? If Joe really did receive more votes than any other Presidential candidate in history, why not?
Why? Cause Trump won easily and those that disagree are either ignorant, no common sense, or support a massive crime. I.E. Criminals!
Do these criminals expect the American people to pay their taxes after what is really, a coup?
Will I be fully banned now for speaking the truth?
There are certainly isolated cases where judges did not consider the merits of the Trump campaign’s arguments. Specifically, you can point to the US Supreme Court.
Otherwise, even when his campaign’s lawsuits have been rejected for technical reasons – such as a lack of standing, or the laches doctrine –
The vast majority of judges, both Democrat and Republican, have gone out of their way to address the merits of its arguments as well.
What that means is whilst they've refused to hear the matter they have reviewed and considered the arguments of the Trump campaign and dismissed it.
On multiple occasions, Mr Trump’s lawyers have been given the opportunity to present their much-hyped evidence in court, and have failed to do so.
When they have offered purported evidence of fraud, such as in Nevada and Michigan, judges have invariably found it unconvincing.
In the case of the Supreme Court, Judges Alito and Thomas held the view that the case should have been heard but they would still have denied Texas' motion.
