He had prostate cancer surgery some years back so it is unlikely that there is much to "tuck" anyhoo ...

I haven't had prostrate cancer (and hope I never do), but personally, I think there are "places" we shouldn't go in "taking the p*ss".

Make fun of the bloke if you want, but cancer...is no joke. (I say that having lost a very good friend to bladder cancer late last year).

Rudy, some years back, used his prostate cancer as a reason why American should NOT have affordable health care like other countries (he was quoting false stats that in other countries he may not have pulled through). I get your point, but he has used his cancer to essentially kill other people who otherwise would have lived.
