Seems as of date, over 50 the Commie-controlled MAGA pukes have been charged with crimes for their roles in last Wednesday's events — but, so far, no one has been charged in connection with any of the deaths.

But....

With the death of Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick who died of injuries from a mob rules mentality of Trump supports who have NO RESPECT for the Constitution much less the rule of law those who do believe in democracy are now talking turkey on doctrine of felony murder, which allows prosecutors to charge people with murder even when they didn't actually play a part in anyone's death.

So expect a LOT of domestic MAGA terrorist to be on Death Row in 2021 which Trump of course, largely supports.

Anyhoo, felony murder lets prosecutors charge people with murder if someone dies, even by accident, if they were committing a dangerous felony at the time of the death. The underlying felony has to be dangerous enough that someone dying, even by accident, was foreseeable.

So a lot of domestic terrorists MAGA pukes are going to be on Death Row in 2021 - right, said that already.

You see, it doesn't matter what role you played in the underlying felony, or even if anyone was armed.

But... it won't be an easy case to make.

18 U.S. Code § 1111 says people can be charged with murder if they:


"Committed in the perpetration of, or attempt to perpetrate, any arson, escape, murder, kidnapping, treason, espionage, sabotage, aggravated sexual abuse or sexual abuse, child abuse, burglary, or robbery; or perpetrated as part of a pattern or practice of assault or torture against a child or children; or perpetrated from a premeditated design unlawfully and maliciously to effect the death of any human being other than him who is killed, is murder in the first degree."


But...armed insurrection, riots, and terrorism are, for whatever reason, not on the list. At least not yet.

But...

That doesn't mean it would be impossible for anyone to be charged with felony murder, though.

It appears the DOJ and DC US Attorney have not ruled out felony murder charges.

So it looks like we'll just have to wait and see to find out how many domestic MAGA pukes are going to die on Death Row in 2021.

Or give ol' F A T T Y what he wants and bring back the firing squads.



Hey, long as Black kids are still being charged with felony murder for their friends getting killed by cops, I'm fine with also using it against racist terrorists. The law is on the books and actively being used, so sure, charge these domestic MAGA terrorists to the god damn hilt.

Fantasy - one cop was killed by one demonstrator throwing a fire extinguisher - that's manslaughter.... one woman was shot dead by a cop acting without orders while she was entering the public building. that could be murder ... one died of a stroke, one of a heart attack and one of a 'medical episode'.

Can't see any convictions arising out of that.  Without direct involvement such a charge cannot stand, and is clearly a sign of a government out of its mind and out of control and desperate, thus offering justification for people revolting...

So - how many of those arrested have actually been charged with any 'dangerous felony' and not offences against public order, and anywhere near the single incident of one idiot throwing a fire extinguisher (with or without intent to kill)?  The video clearly shows the majority of protestors standing by or walking past - ONE single person threw an object at police grouped around a protestor or protestor on the ground.

How does that translate to all those people 'engaging in a dangerous felony'?  Walking in the streets or standing watching the police wrestle some guy on the ground is now a felony because one guy objected enough to the police behaviour to stupidly throw a heavy object at them?

As for 'young black men being charged with murder for cops shooting their friends' - you are dreaming.  Tell 'em to get off the drugs and street crime and gangstah insanity and stop carrying guns and knives and killing one another.

Nobody from the left, BLM, etc. has threatened to attack 50 state capitol buildings on January 17 though.

The woman who was shot was trying to climb through a smashed window into a secured section of the Capitol....Lucky more of these terrorists were not shot by police and security....The police officer was murdered by having his head caved in by a fire extinguisher and some dickhead claims it was manslaughter....Video shows MAGA supporters attacking and bashing police with anything they can find....Smashing windows, breaking down doors looting the Capitol building like true MAGA scum....How anyone can defend this is beyond reason....Complete and utter rubbish as usual from these dickheads!!!
