And that only people who are gay men or lesbian women, can be considered as being 'normal' and healthy [mentally] !!?

That is what this 'LEARNED' professor is suggesting !

As far as I can tell the book seems to be an outsiders perspective of what is wrong with some heterosexual relationships.

Straight men and women spend thousands of dollars every day on relationship coaches, seduction boot camps, and couple's therapy in a search for happiness.

If heterosexual relationships were perfect why do people do this?

... looks to me it's highlighting the tragedy of lesbianism - broken units striving to find some place to belong and struggling to sound superior to those they can never match ...

Is she the 'man' or the 'woman' in her 'relationship'?

Without hetero there would be no human race..... the equipment provided simply does not permit two 'different' genders to reproduce by consorting with each other.... and they should be refused AI since they choose to remove themselves from the gene pool by consorting with their own gender.

Oh...There is NOOOOO slippery slope!! When gay marriage is approved, that's IT!!

Move forward 2 years - there is more clamouring, shoving and shouting about transgender rights then ever was about gay marriage. Now women are vilified by blokes who pretend to be 'women' and the women are losing!!!

Two blokes 'marrying' each other is now 'normal'. A bloke declaring himself more of a woman than his mum is now 'normal'. Post-birth 'abortion' is legal in some jurisdictions.

What is the next attack on women, families, life?

Walker, a 34-year-old transgender assistant professor of sociology and criminal justice at ODU, recently drew flak for their shocking comments about pedophiles. During an online interview on November 8, Allyn Walker asserted that adults sexually attracted to minors were not immoral. Rather, they advocated that those individuals should be provided with child sex dolls to satisfy their sexual urges.

And he's an educator, ffs. ( well, teaches sociology, surprise, surprise)

Diversity and inclusion, eh? Nothing is beyond the pale for the perverted.

The vast majority of them are under treatment for any number and multiple mental illness.
Most are addicted to one or more forms of escapism through chemical means.
