Encode key E shares no factors with (x-1)(y-1)
Decode key is D with E*D - 1 a multiple of (x-1)(y-1)

I don't think FD is happy I've been bugging him about this, you can see he sees no reason to do it with his comments. It's quite simple to understand. Your communications cannot be eavesdropped on by anyone and the biggest player in that regard are nasty governments. How do you think dissidents get info out? Plain text telegrams?

You have to be joking! I don't give a flying fuq about what a Government may find out about me. I have nothing to hide from them.
