Oh, well - I suppose it's high time this subject got a full airing.... clear the air...

Currently tangled up with a savage DV assault - for cods - you have no way of knowing the non-convicted alleged rapist will do it again - he was found not guilty ... in this case I speak of, we KNOW from past six or more acts that he WILL do it again .. and I have three statements from three consecutive victims, none of whom know one another, and who all say nearly the same thing and same sequence of events...

Now you all must know by now that I adhere to the principle that if you hear two different versions of the same events, and those two versions are exactly the same, you know you are listening to a lie.

In this case, the victims do not know one another and have no opportunity for collusion..... so they are telling the truth and it is inevitable that this perpetrator will do it again.... perhaps with fatal consequences.

I want him sent down for a very long time..... or a video of the hanging.....

we all know that graps the trouble is the stats say otherwise,,more reoffend than we are actually told about unless its a particularly nasty it barely gets a mention anymore far too mundane look at the females that fall over very high balconies only one other person a male in t he room yet they never get convicted or rarely...... those guys that get off mostly have long histories of bad behavior...and they are given so many chances the victim is dead so they can claim anything really...

3 women DV experience from the same person who gets off...... what do they think has to happen to stop this guy???....maybe a death,,

'We' - the ex and I - are organising to rent a fine place - many bedrooms and multiple bathrooms and right on the ocean - to get the latest victim and her son away from that threat and into a safe place with us. If he comes near it's on his own head, and I doubt I'll be convicted of anything.

WOW! thats grim...and yes you are angry and if you do anything you will be in trouble its how our justice system works.... sorry to hear you are dealing with all that and all because of one man sometimes our system s are just plain broken like the bail system... which appears to be up to one person Roll Eyes
