Goodness me, next thing we will have doctors treating convicted rapists and murderers and all sorts of villians while they are in Prison.

Disgraceful, ey BobbY!!!

But you could have been within 1 meter of a rapist or murderer.

So could we all Bobby.

Not me as far as I know.

Aussie - you need to purify your soul -

Oh...come on Gordon!!!!!  You are slipping.

Your forgot your allegation that I allegedly support/defend the rapers of strawberry pickers!

Did you defend a man charged with raping a strawberry picker Aussie?

Yes, (ya see Gordon...FD has the terminology correct) and I have represented many others charged with rape as most Trial Lawyers have.  Even........eewww........those charged with murder!!!!!!!!!  Shocking, I know.  Please don't tell cods.  She won't eat her dinner.

Actually, Aussie, nobody here has taken you to task for the crimes of those you've represented. In all sincerity, I say good on you, and hopefully you helped some innocent people or helped the guilty whose schitty lot in life lead them to where crime was all but inevitable. Even if you represented pedos, so be it, every body needs a lawyer.

The issue isn't the actual case of the strawberry picker but how you used it to prove to this ragtag lot on Ozpol your prowess in court and then hold a little guessing game on how you twisted her words against her to get a rapist off.

That right there is just revolting sick schit.
Keep your guessing games to golf scores, not rape cases.

Sanctimonious, self serving, self justification rubbish.  Everyone likes to play Perry Mason!  Not you, ey Gordon?

So.....have a go.......tell me 'Perry Mason,' what was the magic question which exposed the complainant?  The one which moved her from alleging lack of consent to admitting consent?

'Don't care' ey?  Yet you continually bring this pathetic, childish rubbish up....as per the OP.

My wild guess is that the Membership is well beyond tired of your crap and that of those 'mates' of yours who post the same garbage.

Irrelevant anyway, your original story used the term "rape", not alleged rape and you bragged about the fact that you got the accused off. Which tells us that you bragged about getting a man off crimes you knew he committed.

Yes.  This is what I posted.

He grabs her arse, and digitally 'rapes' her.  She moves away and the engagement ends.  He does the same the next day, and the engagement ends.

See those quotation marks?  Gee......I wonder....I wonder....I wonder (are you listening Gordon...I am wondering)....what do they mean, ey?

As a legal practitioner you know very well the difference between rape and alleged rape and you would be very careful to distinguish between the 2 in a court of law.  You related this story as a direct recollection of a court case you were involved in, im not buying your diversion over quotation marks. there are a number of inferences to draw over your use of quotation marks, there is only 1 inference to draw from your lack of "alleged" when describing his rape of the retarded woman. It was what we call a "Freudian slip" , people who like to boast and who are prone to self aggrandising often find themselves making truthful slips like this.

Remember that this woman was mentally handicapped and he asked her the "right questions" and the charges were thrown out!

Quote:
On the third, she is bent over, he is directly behind and it happens again.  She moves away and the engagement ends.  But, this time she complains and he is charged.  I am 'defending him.'

Anyone here guess what I asked her when I cross examined her?

After the right questions, the charges were thrown out.

I don't reckon anyone here with half a brain cell cares less about what you 'buy.'

The woman was not 'retarded.' Try again.....try harder.  Push more firmly on the keyboard.  That usually works.

oh I think you will find he has steadfastly denied any of that rhino... it went a bit pear shaped when someone popped up the original post he made...but he still has never ever admitted he got the guy off by making  a disabled female look a LIAR.. the fact he the guy would go out and do more fo the same  has nothing to do with LAW AND JUSTICE....same with the kid he got he his BIG HANDS on....he should have been charged with assault    but he wears it like a badge of honor.....no scruples..
