I am not nearly a virtuous person

Psalms 119:25
My soul cleaveth unto the dust: quicken thou me according to thy word.

I am not nearly a virtuous person.

Everyday, i do pray to God, and i ask Him to forgive me for my bad and poor choices, as i walk on this path.

Everyday, i see the sunrise, and, i do live in the world, and i am subjected to all of the same temptations and distractions as every other human being.

And i am convicted in my heart, and i feel the need to pray, and to ask God to forgive me for my errors and for my poor choices.

In my flesh, i find only error and regret, and yet joy, in the spirit.

.

Psalms 25:8
Good and upright is the LORD: therefore will he teach sinners in the way.
9  The meek will he guide in judgment: and the meek will he teach his way.
10  All the paths of the LORD are mercy and truth unto such as keep his covenant and his testimonies.
11  For thy name's sake, O LORD, pardon mine iniquity; for it is great.
12  What man is he that feareth the LORD? him shall he teach in the way that he shall choose.

Psalms 32:1
Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered.
2  Blessed is the man unto whom the LORD imputeth not iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no guile.

Psalms 51:1
Have mercy upon me, O God, according to thy lovingkindness: according unto the multitude of thy tender mercies blot out my transgressions.
2  Wash me throughly from mine iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin.
3  For I acknowledge my transgressions: and my sin is ever before me.

Psalms 51:10
Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.
11  Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me.

1 John 1:9
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
