This topic makes me laugh a bit.
Hardly ever saw a female fellow nursing staff member fit into that 'fantasy bed-wash/shower' myth.
So many times, I was asked by female (mostly young) nursing staff to 'take over and finish' the bed-wash or shower because the male patient was a creep or sleaze. Nothing beats the look on the male patient's faces when I walk in their room.  Sometimes, I would say their only alternative is the Gay Nurse or the Trans-sexual Nurse.

Nurses only form relationships with fellow Staff Members these days - which probably annoys Malcom Turnbull. Things changed when like in Pubs, Clubs - staff were made to leave out the back door and not 'socialise' with clients, etc.

Fantasy Nurse bed-washes, showers, etc - are more an American thing maybe? Maybe British? Regardless, it's mostly just a thing of the past or never really kicked on here except for minor situations like with a travelling Pommie nurse here more to 'party' with fellow backpackers than work dedicatedly for career.

Who wants to wake up with a Nurse anyway? During the night, you'll feel your arm being tapped in prep.

Only twice did I have female staff take two patients off my hands because they knew they had a fix (request) for me to shower them. I've attended to many gay people. But very few get silly about it.
I was often requested by old Diggers (real ones) who actually didn't like young female nurses attending them. They preferred Males or older women. No sleaze filth on their uniforms.

When you work inside such a personal space, you learn to just keep doing your job and never cross that line between Professional and Client or be affected by it.


As for putting 'good looking' female staff (in Western Medicine: its a woman's job, so don't expect many 'males' being showcased unlike in NZ or Sth Africa) in the Public eyes - well, that's the Media's doing I'm sure. Media just trying to glam everything up as sexy as usual.

You  can imagine being a male Nurse and having Cops and Soldiers come in and treat you like a Faggot just so they can look 'more manly' in front of female nursing staff.
Oh well, the highest rank root I've ever had was a Colonel and female cops... well, lets just say for a Faggot - I sure did sleep with a lot women. 102 Not out 

Maybe I should get back into Nursing via the Hook-Up platforms and sites and offer "Sensual Bed Wash and Shower by good looking male Nurse". Of course, at my age now - I would probably offer the bonus package of a Dildo, rather than do any real work myself. 

I had three hernias repaired today and was on the lookout for those hot nurses but not a one in sight ...
