All they going to throw tens of thousands into the prisons?
Gonna be hard, they'll have to create leaders out of them, to set an example when punished, to the rest.
Similar to what the Police and Media had to do with the Cronulla Riots. "Oh, there's the Bra Boys over there. Lets use them as being the trouble-makers responsible."
...the Bra Boys were not in Cronulla when and where the Rioting began.
