Antisocial personality disorder is not related to name-calling. If someone is a habitual rule breaker; lies and cheats; has aggressive personality; be impulsive and not plan ahead; be aggressive and antagonistic; causing conflict with others and within organisations; disregard their own or others' safety; lack remorse and not worry who they have hurt, mistreated or stolen from... then they have an antisocial personality disorder.

Calling someone a "poisonous bitch" is just bitterness.

I have been classified as a sociopath by actual psychologist. Whereas my psychiatrist at the Rockhampton mental health claimed that I had a mild obsessive-compulsive personality disorder. I figure that the psychologist was getting encouraged to call me antisocial to the point of sociopathy off the record just to mess with my mind -- and not get caught out. Whereas, the Rocky doctors have determined their own reputation at stake as well as the idea that I can get better and control my own mental health.
