Normally, I would attribute the lack of effective communication skills to people not being able to articulate what they think and what they want to say in proper transcription. But, that does not seem to be the case with you, Bobby. I seem to be able to read your posts and hear the context of tone quite clearly. I bet you exhale when you type what you want to say and take a break to right yourself every few moments. However, when responding to Jovial Monk, I reckon you take a big breath, hold it as you type and then let out a big exhale when you get to the end of your sentence. The full stop is probably the point where you start breathing normally and then reflect upon what you have written before submitting the post for Lisa's eventual approval.

I am not going to give a whole essay about what I think about you, Bobby. I am not a qualified psychologist. However, your whole act seems like of a person who loves to deflect criticism, and masks his feelings with this pontificating dissociative personality.

If you had ASPD, you would not be seeking counselling. You would probably be too narcissistic to seek counselling.

I knew of a case where a guy, who happened to be a former drug addict and psychopath, sought counselling. He gave up counselling because he felt that he was a lot smarter than the counsellor giving advice. Given his history with drugs, I could only conclude that he was so devoid of appropriate emotion that he had to turn to drugs to give him some form of pleasure. His own anecdote of going to a comedy and laughing only when other people laughed (and not at the quality of jokes the comedians were making) highlighted the lack of empathy he had with the world.

This is not to say that you and him have similarities. I am actually contrasting you and him. But, I am limited in doing so because I don't know you personally, Bobby.

Dissociation may also happen when there has been persistent neglect or emotional abuse, even when there has been no overt physical or sexual abuse. Findings show that in families where parents are frightening and unpredictable, the children may become dissociative. Studies indicate DID affects about 1% of the population.
