Funny how grubberments manipulate people for their own agenda.

How howard the coward manipulated the people to throw away their rights so he woukd be able to implement some of the most draconian policies ever imposed, and he feared an uprising......as he should have.

Let's look at history.
Hitler imposed a civilian weapons ban before he took over.
Knowing that if the people were armed, he could never seize and hold power.

The same this has been tried and achieved in several countries, but smart people opposed ensured that laws and rights were set in stone so that evil men could and woukd be stood up to when required.

Evil does not take over through force.
It is sneaky, underhanded.
For evil to succeed, does not require evil to be powerful
It only requires good people to become complacent and allow evil reign.

The Australian grubberment is evil in many ways
Corruption is so common now, we are no longer outraged when discovered.
Evil men and women manipulate the laws to allow evil corporations to function without opposition.
Don't believe me?
The products you purchase from overseas are made with the blood, sweat and tears of children as cheap labour, unopposed by our grubberment as they profit from in through bribes and funding.

And it refuses to allow us the right to an honest, clear "Bill of rights".
One which cannot be manipulated, twisted and ignored as they do now.

Finland, Sweden have laws requiring all able bodied people to own, maintain and train with guns.
They rarely have any gun related problems, because their grubberment is trusted by the people.

Our grubberment fears us enough to ban weapons.
We have the most draconian weapon laws of any country other than China and Korea.
And look how their grubberment treat them.
And that fear of us is justified.
If our grubberment continue to screw us more and more.
And to expect to get away with the corruption and greed as they do now.
Even draconian gun laws will not help them.

I just hope I live to see our grubberment brought before the people to answer for their crimes against us.

Biden DOJ Sues Missouri on Gun Rights Law

The Show Me State isn’t inclined to let the federal government encroach upon its citizens’ right to keep and bear arms.

...

Source:
THE PATRIOT POST
       Quote:
We’re not sure what prompted Joe Biden’s Justice Department to file suit against the state of Missouri, but perhaps those uppity McCloskeys are still living rent-free in their gun-grabbing heads.

The McCloskeys, you’ll recall, are the St. Louis couple who in June 2020, in the wake of the George Floyd riots, stood outside their own residence holding firearms to deter a Black Lives Matter mob that was trespassing in their gated neighborhood and verbally threatening them and their home. The fact that the McCloskeys never did prison time for the crime of having used the Second Amendment’s right to keep and bear arms to defend themselves must still stick in this administration’s craw.

In any case, we can be outraged at the lawsuit filed by the DOJ last week, but we shouldn’t be surprised. Attorney General Merrick Garland is seeking to undo a Missouri law, signed in June 2021 by Missouri Republican Governor Mike Parson, which protects the Second Amendment rights of state residents against federal gun control policies that might encroach upon those rights. As Blaze Media notes:

Quote:
The law, according to Parson, drew “a line in the sand” and declared the state was committed to rejecting “any attempt by the federal government to circumvent the fundamental right Missourians have to keep and bear arms to protect themselves and their property.”

The law prohibited state and local cooperation with federal officials who attempt to enforce laws, rules, orders, or actions that violate the fundamental Second Amendment rights of state residents and made any person or entity who knowingly deprived Missouri citizens of their right to bear arms liable for redress and monetary damages of $50,000.

Examples of possible federal encroachment here might include assessing gun taxes, unlawfully confiscating guns, and unlawfully tracking or requiring registration of firearms and ammunition.

AG Garland clearly takes issue with the Missouri law. “This act impedes criminal law enforcement operations in Missouri,” he said in a statement. “The United States will work to ensure that our state and local law enforcement partners are not penalized for doing their jobs to keep our communities safe.”

What we have, then, is a case that revolves around federalism, a case of states’ rights butting up against the predatory nature of an anti-gun federal government. All Missouri is saying is that if a federal gun law runs up against the clear language of the Second Amendment, Missouri authorities don’t have to enforce it, and its citizens can challenge it.

In a way, Missouri is thus giving the Biden administration a taste of its own “sanctuary city” medicine. For years now, leftist enclaves have refused to do their part in enforcing our nation’s immigration laws, and the Biden administration has willfully abetted them in this abdication. Here, though, Missouri is preemptively refusing to help the federal government should it choose to unlawfully encroach upon its citizens’ Second Amendment rights.

Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt is clearly looking forward to a fight. “Time and again,” he said, “the Biden administration has put partisan politics ahead of public safety. Make no mistake, the law is on our side in this case, and I intend to beat the Biden administration in court once again.”

Welcome aboard Missouri......

Thanks for joining the many States & Hundreds of Counties....along with the many Thousands of Sheriffs all across America, that are on record that they will absolutely refuse to enforce Unconstitutional Gun Laws, be they Federal, State, or Local!!!

About the only part that makes any sense.

Registration and taxation are not in breach of the second amendment. You can keep and bare arms that are registered and taxed just fine.

They were both pardoned by the Governor, & they both say privately they couldn't care if their ± $3,000 combined fines plus court costs were reimbursed, or if they get their guns back, but they are suing the State for both on principal......

The McCloskey's combined wealth exceeds $50 Million Dollars, & unless the State wants to play games, they say they will make sure the State pays far in excess of the cost of both gun replacement, & reimbursement of their fines & court costs, plus all the courts lost time & efforts, which are not billable back to the McCloskeys win or lose.  As far as firearm replacement goes, it's been reported the the couple have received dozens of offers for free firearm replacement, but to date both have no comment if their firearms have been replaced, but sources have said being that Missouri is a Constitutional Carry State (permit-less carry....no permits or licenses necessary from the State) it is a sure bet that they both have & then some..... Does she have the gun in case the guy with the ugly stick comes back to beat her some more ?

Insane?.....not at all, they did absolutely nothing wrong! As Americans they had the Right to Keep & Bear Arms.....the Right to defend themselves with firearms, & if threatened they would not have had to worry at all about a decision by a jury of their peers if the State ever tried them because the used deadly force.....

So, Duckboy, why don't you crawl your lil black feathered ass into her bedroom window one dark night, & find out first-hand for yourself. Remember, while you can, in Missouri, there is no requirement to retreat, or to determine if uninvited potential home invader(s) are armed before unleashing deadly force within the home. I'm sure you will never experience disappointment, or anything else ever again for that matter.  ...  ...

They have acknowledged guilt.

The wife spent half the time pointing her gun at her husband, maybe he was the greater threat.

It was obvious that she lacks the skills to be allowed to carry.

It was also obvious that the pedestrians walking past their house were no threat.  The dangerous threat was the McCloskeys.

A pair of armed gun nuts pointing their weapons at pedestrians passing in the street.

Generally when you plea guilty to a misdemeanor it is because it is easier to do that then fight the charge.

The husband knew his wife was not familiar with firearms and it was later proven they both knew the handgun was non-functioning.

See last statement, it was a bluff on her part.

The "pedestrians" were on their way to burn down the home of the Mayor and threatened the McCuskey's lives and home.

A pair of homeowners telling the mob to move along, nothing worth dying here for!

Missouri Gun Law: 'The Second Amendment Preservation Act'

Quote:
The new Second Amendment Preservation Act, which is the best gun law in the USA at protecting the Second Amendment. This law uses the same strategy that State legal marijuana and sanctuary cities have used. This is an anti-commandeering law stating that MO officials will no longer enforce federal laws that MO does not have. Governor Mike Parson signed it with emergency action making this effective immediately for Missourians!

The
Second Amendment Preservation Act
passed recently in Missouri, is a law that Nullifies Federal Gun Laws because it forbids State Law Enforcement to be used, in cooperation with the Federal Government, used to enforce any Federal Gun Laws that are not also Missouri State Laws.....which means existing law, or law yet to be enacted......

This, along with the many thousands upon thousands of Sheriffs countrywide....who are already on record that they will flatly refuse any Federal Gun Laws that unconstitutionally, in their opinion, infringes upon an American Citizens Right to Keep & Bear Arms, this will effectually NULLIFY any Federal Gun Laws, because a law is only as strong as those willing to enforce it.......with no one willing to enforce it , the law is becomes toothless....
