⮞⮞ Nullification of US Gun Law ⮜⮜

Well, it seems that Pro-Second Amendment American Gun Owners have finally caught on.......if it works for them, the Left, it will work for us.

Nullification via non-enforcement has proven to work, so if the Anti-Second Amendment, Gun-Grabbing Progressive-Left want to levy Federal Gun Laws upon the States, in order to Infringe upon an American's Constitutional Rights in any way, manner, or form, all the States have to do if forbid any law officer.....Federal, State, or Local.......forbid the enforcement of those laws within the State, effectively NULLIFYING the Federal Gun Laws......period.

The Federal Government won't be able to enter the State to enforce the Laws, & the State & Local Law Enforcement will not be permitted in assisting the Feds in enforcement of those gun laws........again, effectively NULLIFYING the Federal Gun Laws.

Americans are not required to accept an unconstitutional law and neither is the law enforcement community. If there can be sanctuary Cities and States to protect illegal aliens from deportation than there is precedent to protect the Rights of Americans from bad laws.  Nullification is a legal response to an unfair or illegal law. A new example has recently been pointed out, "my body, my choice". If it applies to abortion it definitely applies to Covid inoculations. I can not be required to take the shot after all "my body, my choice"!

If they won't wear a mask to protect themselves, their family or their community, they don't get to pretend "protection" is why they need a gun.

Now, now....you're being forgetful.

You should know by now, the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution affirms, protects, & defends a RIGHT......a pre-existing RIGHT of Self-Defense, using Arms (guns) that the People have the RIGHT to Keep & Bear, & use for lawful purposes.....as the People decide.

When dealing with a RIGHT, NEED never comes into the picture......the People decide what weapons to use.....not the government. And when exercising a RIGHT the People aren't required to express a NEED to the Government......because the People already have the RIGHT to defend themselves with whatever they the People decide, & the government, the servants of the People, have been told by the People, from who all power to govern must flow, that they can not infringe upon that RIGHT of the American People.........

Oh, yes I know things work differently here in Australia......the Australian People have no such RIGHTS, but we aren't talking about what RIGHTS Australians have or don't have, we need to concentrate solely on how things work in America, & what RIGHTS the American People have!

Blah blah blah, deflect to the constitution all you like.

I was specifically mentioning those who say they need a gun for protection of themselves and those around them, the type that honestly believe they'll put their life on the line for others if there was an active shooter, who also break down like a toddler having a tantrum when they're asked to wear a mask.

They can't pretend protection of others is a justification for their desire to have a gun.

The constitution plays no part in this.

First of all you don't get the RIGHT to define or decide what part OUR sacred US Constitution plays in our lives....regardless of anything else, as an American our Sacred Constitution is our birthright, & the RIGHTS affirmed, protected, & defended within are just a few of our Inalienable Rights, OUR RIGHTS whether or not we choose to exercise them.........

I'm sorry, you chose to move to Australia, that means you follow our laws. Or would you expect me to move to the US, and drive on the left hand side of the road, because i never chose to give up that unalienable/inalienable (when you resort to pedantism, Panther, you've lost the argument). right

And inalienable and unalienable are interchangable.

Masks are theatre, expecting one to contain the virus is like expecting your underwear to contain a fart!
