The food is poo but the owners don't want to change the menu because they're scared there 3 drunk repeat customers have told them not to? Gordon has to remind them that if the customers were correct he wouldn't need to go and save them That's what you remind me off with the sewer. Pandering to the whims off a couple of remaining idiots at the sewer will only see it die.
