Funny the things that upset Apple employees.

I listened to a podcast with Antonio García Martínez about a book he wrote in 2016.
The book was about his time in Silicon Valley where he basically scorns everything, but most importantly depicts himself as an arsehole and at the end of the book he himself is the one who comes off as the biggest loser.

His one line in the book which upset his fellow Apple employees:

“most women” in the San Francisco Bay Area as “soft and weak, cosseted and naive despite their claims of worldliness, and generally full of poo.”

Even if people read the actual paragraph it was in, that line was nothing but a juxtaposition to describe his wife against so many of the fakes he met at work.

And the main thing is, his book, as it was mentioned in several reviews, is full of artistic license.
