So apparently the fix is in because Democrats are “afraid” of forensic audits in key battleground states, specifically the current audit in Arizona.

It seems the Democrats aren't that afraid.

Sure they sued to block the audit from going forward, and a state judge tentatively agreed - but required Democrats to pay $1m to cover additional costs a delay during the legal review might incur. Democrats decided they could find better uses for that money.

What's concerning is that a company with absolutely no experience is conducting this non binding audit. And they've already made a couple of basic mistakes, such as allowing blue pens to be used around the ballots. The company also has been accused of leaving ballots and computers unsecured.

It's also worth noting that the Republican-controlled Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, which ran the county's election process and reviewed its results, stands behind their original tally and has had no interest in participating in the process.

Further, many of the judges who dismissed voter fraud claims in court were Republican. And many of those were appointed by Trump.

It’s really an insight into Trump’s business acumen that these judges ruled against him.

Look at how the Dems got their knickers in a knot over proposed changes in Texas.

Requiring ID to vote? How racist!

Its not a targeted bias in the sense it doesn't go after a specific person per se, but it goes after a characteristic in which a certain group has a higher likelihood of not acheiving. I.e. my understanding is that elderly African americans have  a lower likelihood of having the ID necessary to enrol just because they never needed it.

"I.e. my understanding" - total, utter BS. Squirming, balls-nailed-to-the-floor squirming BS.

'Elderly' blacks go through life never having a house, driver's licence, electricity account, credit card, bank account, health care card, rental agreement, council rates, mobile phone, etc, etc. "Your understanding" is that they live lives like its still 1820 on the plantations.

It isnt discriminatory against 'elderly blacks'.

Requiring id is discriminatory against those who have no valid id. Which is exactly what you want in order to have integrity and validity from an election.
Discrimination is now a word blindly fetishised as if it was self-evidently and automatically bad. It is not.

You are not telling the whole truth there.

The bill does more than requiring IDs, it also includes:

Ban after-hours voting.

Prohibit ballot drop boxes and drive-through voting centers.

Mandate all weekday early voting take place sometime between 6 a.m. and 9 p.m., though draft language would further limit Sunday early voting to a maximum between the hours of 1 p.m. and 9 p.m.

Make it illegal for elections officials to send applications to vote by mail to people who did not request one.

Bar counties from helping facilitate the distribution of unsolicited ballot requests.
Require voters requesting absentee ballot to provide their driver's license number or Social Security number on both their request for a ballot and their return envelope containing their ballot.

Impose $1,000-a-day fines on local election officials who do not follow prescribed procedures to update their voter rolls, and criminal penalties on election workers who obstruct poll-watchers.

The bill would also make it easier to overturn an election, allowing courts to throw out results if enough ballots were cast illegally that it could have made a difference -- despite the fact that there is no evidence of widespread voter fraud in Texas or any other US state.

That last one is concerning. If Republicans don’t like the election results then they can just overturn it.

Other Republican controlled states are passing similar laws.

The Great Experiment is in danger of collapsing and Republican officials are spearheading its downfall while it’s members cheer

Can you point out where I said elderly black or that they were being targeted?  I used them as an example of a demographic group that this bill unfairly works on.
