Election investigations currently taking place in one key battleground state have already yielded some explosive results.
The opinion of biased right wing nutters who specialise in rigging elections themselves. They forget to mention it but the case to wipe voter rolls that the Republicans lost before the election was a case that they initiated. It just goes on and on. There is no credibility here.
Case to remove voters from electoral roll

WILL filed a complaint, on behalf of three Wisconsin voters, to the Wisconsin Election Commission on October 16, 2019 explaining how the adopted policy change is contrary to state law. WEC dismissed WILL’s complaint, without ever dealing with the merits.
Anti covid immunisation action.
Quote:The Lawsuit: The Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty (WILL) sued the Biden administration in federal court, on behalf of two Wisconsin businesses, challenging the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) sweeping new vaccine-or-test mandate for businesses with 100 or more employees. Anti Mask Action Quote:The Original Action: The Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty (WILL) filed an original action with the Wisconsin Supreme Court urging a review of the authority of the Dane County public health officer to issue a new county-wide mask mandate. The Wisconsin Supreme Court made clear in June that the powers of a local public health officer are limited and must be specifically conferred by a legislative body.

Quote:The Lawsuit: The Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty (WILL) filed a lawsuit in Waukesha County Circuit Court, on behalf of two Waukesha County voters, challenging the legal status and advice from the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) on the use of ballot drop boxes. Case to prevent further action on Covid19. Quote:The Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty (WILL), on behalf of three Wisconsin residents and taxpayers, filed a lawsuit in Polk County Circuit Court against Governor Tony Evers for violating state law by declaring a second public health emergency on July 30. WILL’s Rules Petition: Under Wisconsin law, only voters are allowed to request absentee ballots and voters are responsible for returning the ballot. This is the law except in very specific circumstances such as hospitalization. WILL, on behalf of the petitioners, is asking the Wisconsin Elections Commission to promulgate a rule that makes clear:
Third parties cannot request an absentee ballot on behalf of a voter
Third parties cannot collect and submit absentee ballots on behalf of a voter
The Wisconsin Elections Commission is required to consider the rules petition and either begin the rulemaking process or provide a response explaining why they are rejecting the petition.
Action to prevent assistance to pick up mail votes. Quote:The Quote: WILL Deputy Counsel Lucas Vebber said, “We can expect significant interest in absentee voting in 2020. This can be a positive development given the pandemic. But the Wisconsin Elections Commission should make clear that it is the responsibility and right of voters, not third parties, to request and submit ballots.”
Well, Bidden is just your kind of guy, no doubt about that: mind gone years ago.
