Lindell Sues Dominion For $2B, Details Evidence Of 19 Cyber Attacks From China That Flipped 530k Votes In 5 Key Battleground States

Entrepreneur Mike Lindell has sued Dominion Voting Systems in Federal court in Minnesota for over $2 billion. The lawsuit details 19 successful cyber attacks the night of November 3rd, 2020, in which 555,864 votes were flipped in six battleground states, giving the Presidency to illegitimate Joe Biden, and plunging the United States into a destructive abyss.

They have recovered the Pcap (packet capture) and may as well have a videotape of the whole thing, from a cyber perspective.

Lindell declares he has the ‘cyber packets fingerprints’ of the successful attacks.

The case was just filed at 3pm CST.

Due to Dominion’s public threats to Lindell and his company My Pillow, and attempts to silence his allegations of fraud by Dominion, Lindell’s attorneys believe there is additional liability via tort law against Dominion, and they are taking full advantage per the lawsuit.

Excerpts from the filing are below:

Dominion has weaponized the legal process and intimidated witnesses to election fraud by suing or threatening to sue over 150 private individuals or organizations, including dozens of citizen volunteer poll watchers, with baseless defamation lawsuits or “cease and desist” letters from Dominion’s lawyers at Clare Locke. Dominion further publicly boasts of doing so—merely because those citizens signed affidavits regarding fraudulent or illegal activities they personally observed during the November 2020 general election.

Conclusion: Dominion, Smartmatic, and others are desperate to cover up gross security flaws in their electronic voting systems—and information showing cyber attacks and hacking in the November 2020 election—by uniting in a common purpose to use the litigation process to attempt to suppress the revelation and public discussion of these truths.

In addition, Exhibit 12 shows a subset of 20 documented successful hacks through the election management system in the states of Michigan, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Wisconsin, and Arizona resulting in a total 555,864 votes switched from President Trump to candidate Vice President Biden in the 2020 general election. These hacks came primarily from within China and are identified by the date, location, and the network from which the hack originated and the location and network that was the target of the hack.

Lindell is working on a second lawsuit to the Supreme Court of the United States which will outline further cyber attacks. His attorneys have declared the court will have to hear the case.

The reason they need same day registration is because people are routinely improperly removed from the roll without their knowledge. In states without same day registration they are stuffed - they cannot vote.

This is the reason that republicans have been deregistering as many democrat voters as they can for each election.

Over the last decades the Replicans have requested electoral rolls to be wiped in democrat voting regions as a normal practice before each election.

But how do you feel about the Texas legislation that

Bans after-hours voting.

Prohibit ballot drop boxes and drive-through voting centers.

Mandate all weekday early voting take place sometime between 6 a.m. and 9 p.m., though draft language would further limit Sunday early voting to a maximum between the hours of 1 p.m. and 9 p.m.

Make it illegal for elections officials to send applications to vote by mail to people who did not request one.

Bar counties from helping facilitate the distribution of unsolicited ballot requests.
Require voters requesting absentee ballot to provide their driver's license number or Social Security number on both their request for a ballot and their return envelope containing their ballot.

Impose $1,000-a-day fines on local election officials who do not follow prescribed procedures to update their voter rolls, and criminal penalties on election workers who obstruct poll-watchers.

And also make it easier to overturn an election, allowing courts to throw out results if enough ballots were cast illegally that it could have made a difference -- despite the fact that there is no evidence of widespread voter fraud in Texas or any other US state.

If America is the land of the free, why is so hard to be free?

Digital 1776 talks to Col Phil Waldron.

Dominion Voting Systems and ES&S control more than 80% of the voting machines in the United States.

A CCP-owned bank invested $400 million into Dominion a month before the 2020 election and Michigan attorney Matthew Deperno revealed that certain ES&S voting machines contained a Telit modem chip installed on their motherboard.

CCP-linked billionaire Yuxiang Yang is the largest shareholder of Telit and a member of the board of directors.

Is this the same Phil Waldron whose Linkedin account has his profession as a Forklift Driver & Floor Sweeper at One Shot Spirits - Distillery and Brewery.

What are his qualifications? Other cyber security experts have never heard of him, one being Bryson Bort, Senior Fellow at the R Street Institute for Cybersecurity and Emerging Threats.

An expert in election software and an Army veteran as well, Bort has gone on record as saying “Waldron’s role in the military is not one that lends itself generally to being a voting machine expert.”

If there was no truth to the stolen election there would not be such censorship in Media about it. Big Tech and big Government will shut down any opinion or truth they don't like. We saw, heard and read endlessly about Russia, Russia, Russia and it was proven to be a lie paid for by the Clinton Foundation. Even today there are those who still claim Russia stole the 2016 election when the most rabid, anti-Trump, anti-American Court couldn't find one shred of proof to the claim but declined to prosecute the slanderous source.
