Oh and I knew about vit b17 decades ago….
I have a list on the pantry door foods high in vit b17.
Inside Apricot kernels are cyanide vit b 17 but make sure it’s organic kernals, and eat papaya to help digest it better.
I have a little cookbook too - with cyanide cooking recipes.

I’ve read ages ago how sharks seem resistant to cancer so at the health food shop I get shark cartilage powder too.

I am going to start using Synergy Super Greens. My health professionals say that part of my health problems could be solved with some spirulina in my diet. I also have some olive leaf extract in my cupboard that has been recommended for the winter period.

Not much has been stated about the healing properties of vitamin B17. https://www.cancer.gov/about-cancer/treatment/cam/patient/laetrile-pdq#section/a...

Believe what you want to believe.

For about a month now since I saw this, I have been eating the seeds in that apple a day....... Wink Smiley

Seeds in apples are usually toxic in regular consumption. You might get away with eating them sometimes. But, you will end up killing yourself in time.

I hope I misinterpreted what you stated.

Yeah probably not… like anything natural that’s not do with cancer clinics and their treatments.
My mother in law, back in the 1980s, went through 4 years of cancer hell with radiation and chemo.
I’m getting upset now. She passed at age 57 from cancer. After all that shyte she went through. Near the end she found a bit of natural method via Ian Gawler foundation… but a bit late in the game for her.
So since then, I had made a lot of efforts attending seminars, buying books etc (never had internet then).
I wish I knew back then more of what is known today.
One thing I don’t mind spending money on are health products.

Here’s an interesting book (try to find articles online) called The Plant Paradox where seeds are out to kill us! It explains how and why.

Now I deseed tomatoes!

That's taking it a little too far Lols. There's no need to de-seed

Seeds are another food source, they're medicinal, just don't eat them every hour of the day, but you're likely to pass tomato seeds before they break down in your gut - How often do you eat tomatoes? You have to ingest a lot of those seeds before they're harmful, just straight out of the fruit they're not as potent as when they have dried out

Here's a story from years ago about ACID in tomatoes ...

A nickname for the fruit was the “poison apple” because it was thought that aristocrats got sick and died after eating them, but the truth of the matter was that wealthy Europeans used pewter plates, which were high in lead content. Because tomatoes are so high in acidity, when placed on this particular tableware, the fruit would leach lead from the plate, resulting in many deaths from lead poisoning. No one made this connection between plate and poison at the time; the tomato was picked as the culprit.

The lead in the pewter plates was the poison! The acid in the tomatoes leached it out of the plates. So there you go, watch how much acid you ingest

The acid in tomatoes can be harmful to you if consumed in high quantities, my brother got a bad skin rash, he used to eat whole tomatoes nearly every day for a while, he soon cut down when he found out what was causing the rash

To quote a well worn cliche - eat all foods in moderation

I will consider seeds in moderation! You know, I even cook with the seeds inside the capsicum and then started to omit them…
Re: tomatoes, we have a lot of it… tomato sauce on pies or chips, tomato in salad sangers, tomato paste of pizza, tomato sauce with pasta etc

I love tomatoes!
