Didn't get a free Chupa Chup but I had a nice small box of apple juice while I waited there for 15 minutes after my 'jab' to make sure I was OK. Cool

The appointment for my second 'jab' has been booked in for Monday September 13th at 11:05am but this time I have to go to the Claremont Showgrounds vaccination centre because the Perth Domestic Airport one will be closed by then (the ground floor of the Alpha Building I went to today looks almost brand new with lots of empty space and they must have a tenant ready to move in there).

Just bumping this again since it probably got lost in the subsequent 'noise'. Tongue

Still OK this morning but my arm is now a bit sore where the injection was given yesterday which is probably to be expected since the vaccine was injected into muscle (but I still can't figure out why my aunt didn't even have a sore arm 4 weeks ago).

I mentioned my aunt with her "no sore arm or anything from her 'jab' 4 weeks ago" to the guy giving me the injection and said: "I hope it runs in the family". He laughed.

Never had a flu jab and wasn't particularly fussed about this one either but for the need to travel to England at shortish notice when/if the call comes about aging relative. My wyf also had it, slight discomforg for a day only. Sons won't have it.

i think i'm living proof round up is safe.

my nephew works repairing lightning rods on high voltage towers

he wears a copper suit that they attach to the line and so he has 1000's of volts running around him all day long.

now, to me, thats proof mobile phones and microaves cant hurt you.
