Why aren't the airlines speaking up about this then?

Probably because they would lose even more money than they have been since the start of the pandemic if they started telling the travelling public their pilots were suddenly 'dropping like flies', even if it were true.

Now I'm just going to sit back now and wait for the day when people like wombatwoody start posting stories from reputable sources, not from questionable ones.

Ah, there it is... and I agree. But, nervous (potential) passengers would probably be worried in case their pilots 'kicked the bucket' in the middle of a flight. Shocked
