Intermittent pages not loading this morning (Read 614 times)

Don't go to PA so I can't comment on that. I've seen it happen from time to time over the past several weeks or months, a short period of 'slowness' followed by a return to normal.

Just the government agencies doing their regular sift of comments.. you'd be surprised... they merely scan for 'trigger words' and then check out what is actually said - sometimes it is used for polls of opinion and sometimes for other purposes.

I used to do that kind of thing manually for public radio broadcasting.... just a little earner on the side.
