My wife gets Pfizer, mid 50s, me I'm waiting as I'm over 60. My son says he can get me Pfizer if I go to SE QLD. I'll just wait. I rarely go out and mix and I'm happy to stay isolated. Yes I get/understand the odds of a bad outcome with AZ but I'm not really at an in risk group, I'm not in need as those in cities. The new strain does make me a little more worried about that and if it kicks off in the cities I'll just get AZ.

Main reason Im getting the jab (had the first one) is I want to travel and I can see vaccination passports on the horizon. I think people with underlying health conditions or people who are simply overweight and unfit need to be cautious.

I think it's fattos that need the jab the most. Yes they could get a reaction but they are in serious trouble from Covid.

Young fit people are probably at higher risk from the jab than the disease it prevents.

Id be cautious about which version of the jab I was getting if I was in that category, was my point.

People don’t have to be obligated to take the second jab if they decided not to for their own reasons.
I have been told the Covid injections are not compulsory for any of them.
But pressure, restrictions, and fear mongering from our state leaders in Vic are using nouns such as it’s a “beast” of a virus and can catch it just brushing past someone in the street?
When I saw evidence from a press meeting after constant questioning, finally admitted there have been no Covid transmissions in any outdoor situation…. Hence the query of why people should be made to wear masks outside.
It’s over the top control issue. Victoria… the laughing stock of the nation.
As for that pain in the arze checking in or signing into every shop in a shopping centre… I decided to avoid a lot of shops because of that hassle.
Chemist, health food shop, supermarket and out … so many stores I just stood there and looked through the window instead.
I used to do my own checking into stores before all that came into being…by collecting a receipt from everywhere I shopped, showing store, date and time.
How long is that QR code checking in going to be in force for?

I got vaccinated in 2020 for the prevention of certain diseases. This was in relation to the possibility that I work in the hospital system. According to my Medicare statement, I got three doses of the Hepatitis A vaccine. One dose of the Hepatitis B vaccine. And I did get the measles, mumps, and rubella vaccine.

I just find that the vaccine for coronavirus may be just a bit too much for the general public having to get two doses.

I asked my parents whether they had their covid vaccines yet. Dad said "Nahhh". Mum just said "no". I asked if they were not bothered about it. Mum said that she will get the vaccine in the course of time.

I registered over a week ago to get my vaccine. I had only recently received the email stating that I was registered to get my vaccine from the Base Hospital. They will notify me when my turn will be.

Depends on the test. The antibody test may well do but the PCR test doesn't
