Conservatives can answer them without destroying their own argument. Lefty progs can't.That's the point, not whether you can put the questions..

At what cost generally is easier I would agree because the right are focused on here and now (easy to determine) versus in the future (harder)

E.gf. climate change. Easy to show cost in jobs now, hard to show cost in jobs 50 years from now.

That's just paraphrasing the saying that the road to hell is paved with good intentions. "We don't know what it will cost but let's just do it anyway."

But its even worse - the Gretas of this world talk AS IF they knew and when you question them they just hiss at you. Unsurprisingly they are mostly teenagers, age-wise or psychologically, so they 'know everything'.

I agree with that, but they know about as much as your say Barnaby.
