But in EITHER case, he did not breach the mask rules UNLESS he
was within 1.5m of someone else. If there was no-one within 1.5m
he was definitely within his rights to remove the mask to drink the coffee.

Which there clearly was NOT - until the filth began stalking and harrass-
ing him.

A total asshole COULD claim (and would maybe be technically correct) that
once the filth DID come within 1.5m he should have put the coffee down
and donned the mask.

Well, feel free to call me a total asshole - you wouldn't be the first.

Once they approached him he should have put on the mask.

He was given ample opportunity to do so, yet refused.

I hope he fights it on court, loses, and gets a [i]much larger fine.

Morons like this need to learn some hard lessons.
