ABC 24 News

112 new cases  NSW  July 12th 2021

They predicted it would be over 100 cases today, and it is.

Conspiracy confirmed.

NSW records 112 new local coronavirus cases
with at least 34 people infectious in the community

NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian says cases remain concentrated in the local government areas of Fairfield, Canterbury Bankstown and Liverpool in southwest Sydney.

New South Wales has recorded 112 new local COVID-19 cases with at least 34 in the community while infectious.

The state also recorded four overseas acquired cases on Monday, from more than 46,000 tests.

There are 63 COVID-19 patients currently in hospital, with 18 people in intensive care and four on ventilators.

NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian said “the vast majority" of new cases were family members or "very, very close contacts” of known cases.

“I want to stress again, as we did yesterday, if you put yourself at risk, you're putting your entire family, and that means extended family, as well as your closest friends and associates, at risk,” she told reporters on Monday.

The premier said the number of people infectious in the community needed to be “as close to zero as possible” before the lockdown, which has now entered its third week, can end.

The outbreak remain concentrated in the local government areas of Fairfield, Canterbury Bankstown and Liverpool.

NSW Health late on Sunday advised of multiple new exposure sites in Fairfield and Fairfield Heights, including a number of medical centres and pharmacies. A Kogarah fish shop is also in the spotlight. People who have visited any of the sites are being told to get tested and self-isolate.

And they'll all live. Oh the shame of it.

It's Sydney's turn to do what Melbourne has done...brainwash the masses.
Brisbane's turn next year.

Are you one of those people that even when a family member dies from COVID you'll just lean into the conspiracy harder and deny it was that?

Wait, does you family even still talk to you?

Australians have condemned a government commercial which shows a young woman in hospital desperately trying to breathe as a warning to get vaccinated,
with many pointing out that
those in her age group cannot yet book a jab.

The graphic ad, which is set to run in Sydney – the largest city in Australia, and the one hit hardest by Covid – shows the woman panting with tears in her eyes as she is hooked up to a respirator in hospital. “Covid-19 can affect anyone. Stay home. Get tested. Book your vaccination,” the ad concludes.

Many Australians were quick to criticize what they deemed to be an inappropriate government ad, given Prime Minister Scott Morrison’s failure to secure enough Covid-19 vaccines for the entire population, and recent coronavirus blunders.

“Completely offensive to run an ad like this when Australians in this age group are still waiting for their bloody vaccinations,” protested 10 News First’s National Affairs Editor Hugh Riminton, while Guardian Australia’s Associate News Editor Josephine Tovey called the ad an “insult.”

This ad is a load of shyte.

The actor is young, lean and when she gets Covid, going by the vast majority of people in her demographic be will asymptomatic.

They should have had either a fatyboombah or an oldy gasping for breath.

Actually the best ad would be to have an old unvaccinated person in their 80s or 90s, and they could describe how it was passed on to them by their unvaccinated children.

Either the Drunk Driver or even Sad Kangaroo who are both unvaccinated would be perfict for the role.

Opps, I was to selfish/complacent to get a vaccine and now I've killed Pops.

I personally know 3 people who've had covid. 2 were in their late 40s, thought they had a mild cold and a 14 year old kid was totally asymptomatic. The only reason the above were tested is because they were told they're a close contact.

There has been plenty of vaccine available for the old and vulnerable. If they're not vaccinated it's their fault.

The only people who should apologise are people like The Drunk Driver, Sad Kanga and Aussie who are all unvaccinated.

Just like failed businessman/father/politician/husband/casino owner Trump.

Even when his own brother died from COVID, he denied it and continued to tell the American people that there was nothing to worry about - the virus was a hoax.

500,000 deaths later ...

She looks about 40 to me.

Thus, eligible for the jab.
