A country that has been one of the world’s most successful at combating Covid-19 has announced it will soon fundamentally change how it manages the pandemic.

The city state of Singapore has stated covid will be treated like other endemic diseases such as flu.

There will be no goals of zero transmission. Quarantine will be dumped for travellers and close contact of cases will not have to isolate. It also plans to no longer announce daily case numbers.

I presented the data that Sweden has had one covid death in the last 4 days

It is the moronic people such as yourself marsupial

Who have prevented the population learning how to live with this virus
Who have fostered division and resentment rather than personal responsibility
Which will result in far more spread and death

You have delayed the virus arriving in Australia
So that it has now arrived in the far more transmissible and probably more deadly and vaccine resistant Delta form

If the advice of the very sensible scooter had been taken from the start
We would be rolling along like Sweden with hardly any deaths

Instead we now face a much larger threat thanks to the ridiculous position that people such of yourself have advocated for

And we will reap the whirlwind

Please try not to top yourself with guilt as the Delta variant appears more deadly to young people as well
