If Houston Texas were its own State it would be 15th in population. 35 States have smaller populations than that one City. We vote by secret ballot and when some people receive multiple unsolicited ballots for themselves and maybe people who no longer live there all ballots can be dropped off at unsecured drop boxes. Not everyone is honest and discards them. The State is still red but Houston was deep blue!

And the Democrats weren't? But why did the Democrats flee Texas? Surely they want tight voting rules so that there is less likelihood of rorts. You would think they would want tighter legislation in light of the above.
