Ah.

Now you are interested, eh?

Just so. Normally Aquascoot favours different measures to fighting covid.

Going out and being coughed on was one, if I recall. I think sticking together for everybody's benefit is a far more reasonable response, but that's just me.

You?

They both sound equally nasty and great ways to share foreign genetic information, but that's just me..

I've watched the video multiple times. .. he hit out with his forearm

And connected with his fist.

Yet that doesn't stop the usual suspects in here defending snow-white anti-vaxxers with a penchant for animal cruelty.

Vested interest?

I have no vested interest, these protests are the epitome of selfish stupid but I've watched that video many times and the guy does not hit horse. If/when he is charged and this goes to court, I can't see hitting the horse being part of the charges. Obstructing the horse, yes.

Well, I've seen reports there may have been as many as 50K of them. Some are selfish arseholes. I saw footage of one guy doing fire twirling. The brawlers were arseholes. The horse pusher is an arsehole because he would have been told to move on and probably didn't.

But look at the normal everyday people in the crowds. Many would be people forced out of work and questing why.

He did hit the horse, he has been charged, and he will be convicted.

I hope he gets time behind bars.

Maybe Three-Finger-Haji will go visit him.

Some of us in this forum have actually handled or owned horses, and I can tell you they are strong… I watched the vid and at first the rear end of horse was going towards that man… he pushed it away for worry of rear kicking…
Then the horse spun around and the head going towards that man so he pushed the horse head away… horses are strong and force is needed to push them away from colliding or stomping over you is required.

Those horses are trained to be crowd and bomb proof. But trained to push into crowds.
What was that copper on horse doing then, just standing still? No he wasn’t… he was riding that horse into the crowd.

Actually, the guy raised his arm to block as the horse moved it's head in.

BTW I've met Tobruk a few times. We eat at Crown St then take the kids for a walk to the stables, and if the cops have time they let the kids in to pat the horses. Tobruk is one of the biggest they have.

Drink drivers should be jailed for 5 years and banned from driving for life, psychopaths who put their selfish alcoholic needs before the lives of others. BTW he admitted to being a repeat drink driver when he was caught. Farq.

for the umpteenth time.

this virus will be controlled by people taking personal responsibility for their health.
we are all in this together to the point that we need to do this.

politicians weaponising both sides is catastrophic.

daily hour long monologues serve no purpose

did you know all western countries had pandemic plans in 2019.

britains, americas and australias DID NOT EVEN INCLUDE LOCKDOWNS.

the lockdown thing wa copied from wuhan because the CCP said it worked.

ask north if ir did Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes..

there is absolutely ZERO correlation in the usa between lockdowns and deaths.

in fact, california and new york have the highest death rates and the longest lockdowns.

what works is getting people to do a personal risk assessment and politicians not politicising a respiratory virus that we now need to learn to live with

no big deal

the species isnt coming to an end

Yes I agree… and at same time was a flight/fight response where there was a need to push the horse away from going into him.

It’s not a punch at all.
I’d like to see anyone in that situation with a huge horse spinning around them what their flight/fight response is.

And I ask again…what was the copper’s intention with the trained horse to push into crowds?

This photo clearly shows that man has NOT got a totally clenched fist.
It’s open… his fingers are curled inwards as a instinctive response to protect fingers.

In France, where police deployed teargas and water cannon against some protesters, an estimated 160,000 took to the streets in nationwide protests against President Emmanuel Macron’s health pass that will curtail access to restaurants and public spaces for unvaccinated people.

“Freedom, freedom”, chanted demonstrators in France, carrying placards denouncing “Macron, Tyrant”, “Big Pharma shackles freedom” or saying “No to the pass of shame”.

The demonstrations highlight the conflict between people caught between the advice of the World Health Organisation and other health agencies and the need to earn a living. In Indonesia and Britain, governments have pressed ahead with easing of restrictions even in the face of surging cases.

Meanwhile, around 5000 people demonstrated in Athens, carrying placards touting slogans such as “Don’t touch our children”. And in Italy, protesters gathered in Rome to demonstrate against a mandatory “green pass” for indoor dining and entertainment.

In France, as elsewhere in Europe, the government is making it harder for reluctant citizens to put off getting the jabs. Legislation now being considered by politicians will make vaccinations compulsory for certain professions, while the health pass will severely restrict social life for holdouts from the end of the month.

There were signs the tougher measures announced on July 13 were having the desired effect: 48 per cent of the population were fully vaccinated as of Friday, up eight percentage points from July 10. While more than three-quarters of French people back Mr Macron’s measures, according to a July 13 Elabe poll for BFMTV, a sizeable and vocal minority do not.

Elodie, 34, a care assistant at a Strasbourg nursing home, denounced “the blackmail of caregivers who were at the front line” during the first wave and who were now threatened with “no more pay” and even being fired.

“They’ve been lying to us since the beginning,” she said.
