Alabama Code Title 13A. Criminal Code § 13A-6-21
(a) A person commits the crime of assault in the second degree if the person does any of the following:

(4) With intent to prevent a peace officer, as defined in Section 36-21-60 , a detention or correctional officer at any municipal or county jail or state penitentiary, emergency medical personnel, a utility worker, or a firefighter from performing a lawful duty, he or she intends to cause physical injury and he or she causes physical injury to any person.

Alabama Code Title 13A. Criminal Code § 13A-6-21
(g) Criminal conspiracy is a:

(1) Class A felony if an object of the conspiracy is murder.

The House voted 230-199 to remove Mrs. Greene from the budget and education committees, with 11 Republicans siding with Democrats.

Section 26 Crimes Act 1900 (NSW) states:
Whosoever:
conspires and agrees to murder any person, whether a subject of Her Majesty or not, and whether within the Queen’s dominions or not, or solicits, encourages, persuades, or endeavours to persuade, or proposes to, any person to commit any such murder, shall be liable to imprisonment for 25 years.

This is an interesting extension of Australia's convict system. Encouraging murder in the former colony of Alabama is not a good idea.

Sure, but it's okay if you bash one trying to stop you running over protesters at a neo-Nazi rally.

Good and bad people on both sides.

It's okay if you bash one trying to stop you entering the Capitol to stage a jolly revolution.

Stop the steal.

It's okay if you point a gun at one if they offer you a vaccine.

Second amendment rights.

Rule of law, innit. Civilisation has its discontents, no?

The Battle of Fort Stevens was an American Civil War battle fought in 1864 in Washington, DC. Although Confederates caused consternation in the Union government, reinforcements and the strong defenses of Fort Stevens minimized the military threat, and Confederates withdrew after two days of skirmishing and had attempted no serious assaults.  Police were called and several males of Caucasian appearance are assisting with inquiries.  A female with 2nd Amendment fire-arms was seen at Congress gesturing at police.
