Meanwhile, in Fitzroy Crossing and other parts of the Northern Territory, young Aboriginal kids are running riot, committing crimes, and being killed by their own foolish escapades.

This is blamed on their 'boredom' and lack of community funded facilities, which they will probably wreck.

Remember those farm kids who had nothing to do? Their parents encouraged many of them to study... I've known some and they are doctors and such... what's stopping these parents from encouraging their children to perform well in academic pursuits and become something?
