"New" means produced, introduced, or discovered recently or now for the first time; not existing before.
"Guidelines"  means a general rule, principle, or piece of advice.

There were old guidelines, followed by new guidelines. The old ones are not the new ones, which are new guidelines. Those guidelines are now "new". They are different from the old ones.  In exactly the same way, the old ones are different from the new ones. So we can combine our two words - new guidelines. Can you see what these words are saying?

I am glad we have that one cleared up Chimera, religious freedom rules the day.

Good boy. Religious freedom. Common sense. Compromise. Not sharp edges. School safe. Smile for photo.

Religious freedom even if that means stabbing kids in schoolyards with legal knifes to prove the point.

Probably all of them these days but only the Sikhs are legally allowed to carry.

So if you're a Sikh  you can carry a knife.

Yeah, but you have to wear a turban, can't cut your hair, and you're not allowed to drink.

I don't think too many will be converting to Sikhism to have the luxury of carrying around an 8.5 cm blunt knife.

We used to do more damage with a compass. Hold one against a PE teacher's neck for a couple of minutes and you'll never have to run the oval again.

Take it from me, boys, it doesn't work if you get conscripted and sent to Kapuka.

Been there, done that.

Or a pencil.

I have to confess that I got very scared by some of those large pointy crucifixes some kids wore at my School.  They could have done me serious damage.  Waaah!

Dyschronometria is a condition of cerebellar dysfunction in which an individual cannot accurately estimate the amount of time that has passed (i.e., distorted time perception).

It has been suggested that thought disorder in schizophrenia is associated with a defective understanding of others' behaviour. Action sequence knowledge processing and goal detection are components of understanding .  Schizophrenic patients with disorganisation symptoms have basic failure of inferential reasoning.

Beware the Sikh, he or she is probably armed legally and very dangerous being of the religious nutter types, there knives are usually very sharp as well as that kid in the schoolyard will attest.

Senile is often combined with other words, such as senile Alzheimer's and senile dementia.

A coma is a deep state of unconsciousness. It can happen as a result of a traumatic accident, such as a blow to the head, or a medical condition, for example, some types of infection. Coma is different from sleep because the person is unable to wake up. It is not the same as brain death. The person is alive, but they cannot respond in the normal way to their environment.
