All of them...but the significant 'missing piece' of the puzzle is: the economic basis of the gap is not recognized by any of them.

Listen carefully: the gap is caused by our dysfunctional, obsolete neoclassical system based on early 18th century Adam Smith economic theories which were developed at a time (pre-industrial revolution) before governments had a significant role in the economy.

Modern economic theory posits full employment for all citizens regardless of race. with govt. acting as ELR (...and landlord of last resort, LLR...)
