There is a deeper issue involved in all this for modern society and OUR Australian culture, and it is this.
Each and every one of these separate but equal little pieces of tribal Homeland handed off like sweets from a chocolate box to pacify threatening little groups who play up unless they get what they want and who may not even be the original 'tribe' that once wandered that 'land' - rather like the Arab tribes in Gaza or Lebanon or Syria etc with the difference mostly being that the tribes don't always shoot or behead the 'other' tribes in the area who try for supremacy (our natives are much more 'civilised') - is a portion of the continent - a piece of the whole - riven off and set up for the exclusion of all others.
This is all done using the incredible idea - in any democracy governed under common law - of mandating portions of one's own country to be controlled by different rules for each one - a set of 'laws' set in place by the local 'traditional owners' and not the common rules for National Parks and the nation at all....
... i.e. portions of YOUR country governed by separate but equal laws = the destruction of Common Law, One Law For All, All Laws For One Equally = Segregation.
Could this be anything less than Segregation AND formation of multiple Homelands/Separate States for each 'group' - the literal disintegration of Australia to suit small groups of wanderers?
It is a down-turning of seven hundred (if not thousands of) years of upward progression in the approach to Law - away from the ancient Feudal approach where the lords hold all power, the rest none other than at the whim of the lords, and the lords own and control the land as they see fit.
The Destruction Of Common Law is a distinct plank in the platform of the Woke Labor government (restoration of the Feudal system is another with they and chosen ones at the top) = Socio-Fascists that we are being forced to endure until the next election cycles. This has far deeper implications than simply setting up local 'tribes' as Rangers - 'giving them jobs' - in National Parks under a set of common rules - this is handing to those 'Rangers' the absolute and uncontestable 'right' to make the rules of each individual national park, all the way up to total exclusion of all others.
Any future government seeking to undo the incredible harm done and set in what looks like concrete by these fanatical types in soft government seats - these zealots of the new age - will have a long and hard road to restore sanity to this country - and I predict nothing but future civil war and bloodshed unless this is done quickly and cleanly. Again referring to Gaza etc - Israel (Australia) was far better served in making a quick finish to the problems than in trying to coddle their way through each bit at a time.
Again comparing the invasions of our own private Fifth Column Aboriginal supremacists movements to the Gazan Hamas (etc) - the best way forward for any future government is to strike down all the monoliths erected in the path of True Democracy by these rabid Communist Stalinist Socio-Fascist Internationalist dictators.... and do so quickly.
