Who is spreading the COVID virus in the community?

QUESTION;
[Throughout Australia.....] Who are those, who are spreading the COVID virus 'in the community' ?

QUESTION;
If a person is 'fully vaccinated', is that fact likely to give that person confidence that they are now 'protected', AND, that THEY are unlikely to be able to spread the COVID virus 'in the community' ?

n.b.
Government health spokesmen, and TV advertisements, are telling us, that we all need to get 'fully vaccinated',
in order to protect the community.

QUESTION;
Is the prolific spread of the COVID virus 'in the community',
.....a result of the 'over confidence' of those persons who ARE, and who see themselves, as being 'fully vaccinated', AND 'protected' ?
....and yet, they are still inadvertent 'spreaders' ?

In NSW Gladys's ineffective and weak "mockdown" means that people have been spreading it going about life as normal

wash your hands often with soap and water. ...
use alcohol-based hand sanitisers when you can't use soap and water.
avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.
clean and disinfect surfaces you use often such as benchtops, desks and doorknobs.

I am not vaccinated, and i have no symptoms [atm].

If i get any symptoms, i will stay home and call my GP [or gov. info ph. line], and ask where/how i can get tested.

And follow through from there.

I've been in well over 1000 housing commission homes full of white Australians in my time, and I can tell you that you couldn't be more wrong. ... unless you think human poo on the walls and dog poo all over the floors and furniture is actually 'hygienic'
