Dylan never acted in such a way that got public attention like some crazy drug and booze soaked Rock musician. His girl friends in 1960s were mostly folkies and intellectuals. There have never been allegations of sexual depravity, especially with minors. However, it was widely publicised recently that he sold his catalogue for $300 million. It's wonder there aren't more allegations coming out. And this woman's spurious claim may do more harm to woman with genuine cases.
