SOME cops are absolutely revelling in the chance to use excessive methods
and, yes, brutality that the current situation has given them the opportunity
to exhibit. The psychopathic pr1ck who tried to ride-down protestors, and the
equally empathy-lacking two thugs who dragged a young woman from a train
for not wearing a mask, which she was exempt from having to do, are just
two examples.

There have always been thugs and brutes in the police force, but they're now
being permitted to engage in their thuggery and brutality literally unchecked.

Other, more reasonable cops, probably feeling the stresses Covid is having on
themselves and their families, are being far more reasonable and understanding.

We need a LOT more of the latter type of cop, and much, much less of the former.
