Before COVID, 'dystopian' was the theme of a fiction book you were reading,
or of a dark and depressing sci-fi movie you recently watched [perhaps '1984'],
or in recent history, it was a real place, in Eastern Germany, with its authoritarian Stasi Police.



But 'back then', a dystopian 'reality', was always far removed from anyone living in the 1st world.

But today, 'with COVID', dystopian, is now the theme of our life.  !!!

And it seems, it will be with us, for our foreseeable future.


The enforced [in law] curbs upon once common freedoms,
the social distancing,
the mandatory mask wearing,
and the community wide LOCK-DOWNS,
and the community wide fear of the next COVID virus infection outbreak.



Dictionary;
dystopia = = an imaginary place or society in which everything is bad.

Stasi = = a police force, in Eastern Germany, the Ministry for State Security, or State Security Service

Israel, is 80% 'jabbed', and it is still experiencing a new community wide surge COVID infections.

And although Israel is 80% 'jabbed', it has not returned, to be an 'open society' yet.
