We don't know how many people have already had Covid-19?

2 unneccessary.

we have already established it is going to get to me , so apart from working on my physical health, i recognise the stupidity of delaying that.

in fact, those who hide may be victims of a

1 more virulent strain
2 more contagious strain
3 they will be older when they encounter it.
