Zn2+ Inhibits Coronavirus RNA Polymerase Activity

'Coronavirus RNA Polymerase Activity' = = replication

WWW search.....
RNA Polymerase

"RNA polymerase, is an enzyme that synthesizes RNA from a DNA template."

If we can stop the COVID virus     from replicating     IN THE BODY,
then the COVID virus is defeated.   !!!!!

Stopping the COVID virus from replicating, IN THE BODY, really isn't that difficult to do.

But who [and WHO], does not want you to have this knowledge ??? **

OK couple of things

1. The zinc compound used in vitro, not in vivo. Even the authors considered this and said it needed further testing.

"Clearly, an in-depth analysis of nidovirus RdRps, e.g. through structural analysis and subsequent mutational studies targeting aforementioned cysteines and histidines, is required to provide further insight into and a structural basis for the Zn2+-induced inhibitory effects on RdRp activity documented in this study. Such studies may, however, be complicated when Zn2+ binding proves to be very transient in nature and not detectable with currently available methods."

2. The zinc compound used wasn't as water-soluble as other zinc compounds and thus has a higher selective toxicity which may cause issues in vivo.

Again, cause for future study, but doesn't indicate taking it.

"Conclusion

Currently, indirect evidence suggests zinc may potentially reduce the risk, duration and severity of SARS-CoV-2 infections, particularly for populations at risk of zinc deficiency including people with chronic disease co-morbidities and older adults. Direct evidence to determine if zinc is effective for either prevention or treatment of SARS-CoV-2 is pending. In the interim, assessing zinc status of people with chronic diseases and older adults, as part of a SARS-CoV-2 clinical work-up, is reasonable as both groups have a higher risk of zinc deficiency/insufficiency and poorer outcomes from SARS-CoV-2."

Our freedom in this world started to erode when the twin towers were demolished and they blamed it on some shepherds from the middle east and then to save us from terrorism freedom had to suffer.

Today they have once again seized the opportunity from the covid sickness to further diminish what freedoms were left over from the 9/11 demolitions.

Yup.

You are right.

Not many people are willing to try, to know what is [really] going on around them.

Proverbs 25:2
It is the glory of God to conceal a thing: but the honour of kings is to search out a matter.

Psalms 14:2
The LORD looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, and seek God.

If you do not understand something [due to lack of wisdom],
God's word say's ask God to bestow wisdom upon you !

James 1:5
If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.

Matthew 7:8
For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.
9  Or what man is there of you, whom if his son ask bread, will he give him a stone?
10  Or if he ask a fish, will he give him a serpent?
11  If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?

1 Thessalonians 5:21
Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.
22  Abstain from all appearance of evil.

The Bible, it is a guide to our steps, if we search it.

the way people were forced to "submit" at airports after 9/11 was revealing.
no one would DARE make a joke at an airport.
the population behave like jews in a concentration camp.
no humor, total authoritarian control and brutal punishment for any non conforming behaviour.

this sort of nonsense at airports (xraying 3 yo's and making a 3 yo take off their shoes, should have stopped after 6 months.

yet 20 years on, the authorities still get a hard on by doing it .

covid is exactly the same

you wouldnt dare crack a joke to the authorities or be anything but submissive or you will be beaten into submission.

it should stop at christmas but it wont.

when you give chodes a bit of power (airport security or public health officers), they will never relinquish it.

zuby understands them well

2/ At least 20% of the population has strong authoritarian tendencies, which will emerge under the right conditions.

7/ Most people believe the government acts in the best interests of the people. Even many who are vocal critics of the government.

12/ Most people value safety and security more than freedom and liberty, even if said 'safety' is merely an illusion.

14/ A significant % of people thoroughly enjoy being subjugated.

Not really my point was the conclusion you linked to wasn;'t a ringing endorsement for the use of zinc.

No it wasn't. It was an interim item from medical experts. But zinc is not on a copyright list so big pharma would have no interest in trials.Wink

Or that the interim items aren't exactly setting the world on fire in terms of results.
