The property around my way has been appreciating at levels that even the long time locals can't imagine. Take this one as an example.

Bought for $6.3m in 2019 and just sold for $11.23m. That's $5mill in 2 years. Using that as a guide, in the time it took you to watch that clip, 15minutes, my joint appreciated by about $70.00 and that's if I have only one place.

That is true. I have particularly noticed that in North America, especially in the South - drive out into the country and the faces you see on both blacks and whites could be out of a Civil War Era photo (freaks) but drive back into any city and the faces are ... modern and attractive.

The English are generally an unattractive people (yes, there are exceptions) and sadly that recessive gene is still dominant in both AUS and NZ.

The only turds I see at the beach are the uber and cab drivers, probably blood relatives of The Kid Pinner.
