I have watched a woman get the data from a computer I was using. It logged whichever keystrokes I made. Backspaces, shift keys, full stops, spaces. They had their own symbols to represent the keystrokes. The letters were written as shown on screen. I seem to know more about how computers work than you, and I hesitate to claim to be intermediate user level.

None of us here (by our posts) is a danger to the public.

I have not said that anyone here is a danger to the public. I said that the possibility exists that someone could type something and have those words be used against them in real life. Not that anyone on this forum is going to write a letter of complaint to the police to investigate a website link on a forum. Police have limited resources. And I would hate to think that the officers would be encouraged to write up more bogus traffic tickets just to cover the expense of having to investigate an online complaint.

I get my information from getting warnings by police that I had been flagged. And I also get information listening to police radio broadcasts online that they do let officers know that someone has some history of mental illness/violence/criminal record, etc. I may not know a great deal about police procedural. But I know enough that I am not wrong about this.
